【摘要】:1ThispartofISO8257specifiesproceduresformouldingtestspecimensofPMMAmaterialsinaspecifiedstate,andmethodsformeasuringtheirproperties.AnypropertylistedinthispartofISO8257andreferredtoincombina-tionwithISO8257-1shallbedeterminedbythemethodreferredtointhispartofISO8257.2Novaluesarequotedfortheseproperties.ThoserequiredforthedesignationofPMMAmaterialsformouldingandextrusionaregiveninISO8257-1.OtherpropertiesshallbedeterminedbytheappropriatemethodsreferredtointhispartofISO8257.3ThevaluesdeterminedinaccordancewiththispartofISO8257willnotnecessarilybeidenticaltothoseob-tainedusingspecimensofdifferentdimensionsand/orpreparedbydifferentprocedures.Theymayalsobeinflu-encedbycolorantsandotheradditives.Thevaluesobtainedforthepropertiesofamouldingdependonthemouldingcompound,theshapeoftestspecimen,thetestmethodandthestateofanisotropy.Thelast-mentioneddependsonthegatingandthemouldingconditions,forexampletemperature,pressureorinjectionrate.Anysubsequenttreat-mentmustalsobeconsidered,forexampleconditioningorannealing.4Thethermalhistoryandtheinternalstressesofthespecimensmaystronglyinfluencethermalandmechanicalpropertiesandresistancetoenvironmentalstresscracking,butexertlesseffectontheelectricalproperties,whichmainlydependonthechemicalcompositionofthemouldingcompound.
