【摘要】:Thistestmethodcoversabasicprocedureofultrasonicallyinspectingcylindricalforgingswithboresfromtheboresurface.Thistestmethodappliestothemanualtestingmode.Itdoesnotrestricttheuseofothertestingmodes,suchasmechanizedorautomated.Thistestmethodappliestocylindricalforgingshavingboresizesequaltoorgreaterthan2.5in.(63.5mm).Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
