【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodofdeterminingtheinsolubilityindex,asameansofassessingthesolubility,ofdriedwholemilk,driedpartlyskimmedmilkanddriedskimmedmilk,whethernon-instantorinstant.NOTEThesemilksaredefinedinReference[7]as"wholemilkpowder","partlyskimmedmilkpowder"and"skimmedmilkpowder",respectively.Themethodisalsoapplicabletodriedwhey,driedbuttermilkanddriedmilk-basedbabyfood,aswellastoanyofthedriedproductslistedinwhichmilkfathasbeenreplacedbyanotherfat,orwhichhasbeenroller-driedinsteadofspray-dried.
