【摘要】:ThispartofISO21029specifiesoperationalrequirementsfortransportablevacuuminsulatedcryogenicvesselsofnotmorethanvolumedesignedtooperateaboveatmosphericpressure.Appropriatepartsmaybeusedasaguidanceforavesseldesigntooperateopentotheatmosphere.Forcryogenicvesselsdesignedforpersonalmedicaluse,otherrequirementsmayapply.Thescopeincludesputtingintoservice,filling,withdrawal,transportwithinthelocation,storage,maintenance,periodicinspectionandemergencyprocedures.Forthetransportationofthesevesselsbypublicroad,rail,seaandair,otheradditionalrequirementsmayapply;thesearedefinedinspecificregulations.ThispartofISO21029appliestovesselsforcryogenicfluidsasspecifiedinISO21029-1.TheadditionalrequirementsforflammablefluidsaredetailedinClause16.Transportablecryogenicvesselsofnotmorethanvolumeareoftenpartlyequippedbythemanufacturer,butmaybeinstalledorre-installedbyanotherparty,suchastheoperatororowner.ForthisreasonsomeofthescopeofthispartofISO21029,whichincludesputtingintoservice,inspection,filling,maintenanceandemergencyprocedure,overlapswithISO21029-1.

【摘要】:Toreducerisksassociatedwithmisinterpretationofvisualandauditorydangersignals,asystemofdangerandinformationsignalsisspecifiedtakingintoaccountthedifferentdegreesofurgency.ThisEuropeanStandardisapplicabletoalldangerandinformationsignalswhichhavetobeclearlyperceivedanddifferentiatedasspecifiedin5.3ofEN292-2:1991,byotherrequirements,orbytheworksituation,andtoalldegreesofurgency-fromanextremeurgencytoan'ALLCLEAR'situation.Wherevisualsignalsaretobecomplementarytosoundsignals,thesignalcharacterisspecifiedforboth.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplytocertainfieldscoveredbyspecificstandardsorotherconventionsinforce(internationalornational);inparticular,firealarms,medicalalarms,alarmsusedinthefieldofpublictransport,navigationsignalsandsignalsforspecialfieldsofactivity(forexample,military).Whennewsignalsarebeingplanned,however,thisEuropeanStandardshouldbeconsideredinordertoavoidinconsistency.Forauditorysignals,thesystemofsignalcharacterisaguidelineforasignallanguagebasedonmessagecategorieswhichareclassifiedaccordingtourgency.Certaincharactersarespecifiedforpurposeswhichrequiresafeandrapidrecognition.Certaincategoriesallowpossibilitiesforvariants,e.g.controlandwarningsignalsatworkplaceswherethesignallingisintendedforpersonnelwithspecifictraining.ForvisualsignalstheestablishedmeaningsofthesafetycoloursarenotaffectedbythisEuropeanStandard.Fordifferentneeds,complementarymeaningshavebeenassignedtothesignalsbytimedpatterns,andinaveryfewcasesbyalternatingcolours.
